User Agreement
The Cortex AI Trading Website, referred to herein as the Website, provides access to any Cortex AI Trading information service("Service", "Services"). In order to comply with this Agreement, the Service includes access to the Personal Account, databases related to the performance by the customer (User) of financial transactions on the Website, services and content posted and available on the Cortex AI Trading Website.
A User is defined as any natural person, company, other legal entity accessing any Service or any information on the Website (the "User") entitled to perform the actions provided by the Company's Website under the laws of its country of residence.
Use of any Cortex AI Trading Service means acceptance of this User Agreement, terms, policies and conditions, unless a separate agreement is entered into between Cortex AI Trading or its associates and the User. Such a contract may be concluded, but is not a prerequiWebsite. The above use may include, but is not limited to, username and password registration; performing financial transactions and other actions related to the Service; access specific databases related with the Personal Account. If you do not accept any part of the User Agreement, you should leave the Website without access, registration and use of any information from it.
01. Consent
You consent that in order to cooperate with Cortex AI Trading as efficiently as possible, you will need to register an account on the Website if you really intend to cooperate with Cortex AI Trading. If you have signed up for a Website account, you may use this registration information only to access your Personal Account on the Website. You must ensure that all information you send at the time of registration (including, but not limited to, certain information about your identity, address, and email) is correct and is your current personal information. No one but you will be able to provide this information in the most detailed form, and therefore only you are responsible for the correctness of the process of a Personal Account creating. We also recommend that you periodically (if circumstances require) update the information provided so that this information is always up to date and correct. We remind you that it is preferable to keep your Personal Account data confidential without sharing these data with third parties and you agree that only you can know your password to sign in to your Personal Account. In any other case, you should inform us immediately that the data have been compromised and in this case we will take all possible steps to minimize possible risks. By registering a Cortex AI Trading Personal Account, you hereby give your consent and permission that we may (when circumstances or the process of cooperation require) send you advertisements or promotional information (including commercial and non-commercial messages), either on our own or by using the third-party advertising operators or by using the services of authorized marketing companies. However, you may revoke your consent to these marketing messages by deselecting this feature from your Personal Account. However, in this case, the effectiveness of our interaction will decrease significantly due to a dynamically changing situation. In other words, you can miss something interesting.
02. Safety and virus protection
We will reasonably take the necessary technical measures and precaution to protect the information, as well as to verify and test the materials at all stages of cooperation, but at the same time the User recognizes and agrees that he will also make every reasonable effort on his part to ensure that the interaction process is as safe as possible. We confirm that our Website will be provided to the User uninterrupted to the extent that it may directly depend on us and our specialists. We confirm the security, error-free and clean nature of the Website against viruses and other malicious software to the extent that it may directly depend on us and our specialists.
In case of any failure or subsidence caused by our company, we confirm that we will be fully responsible to the User for these inconveniences to an equal extent.
We are liable for any damage, loss or damage to the data (other than the User's computer system) that may occur during the use of our Website.
03. The liability limitation
We take reasonable efforts to provide the User at any time with up-to-date, accurate and timely information on the Website. We do not provide Website content in the "as is" mode. This means that any User at any time has the right to seek clarification of the meaning of any part of the content in the relevant Cortex AI Trading consultation section. We limit our responsibility only to the extent that we are responsible for the relevance of only the information posted on the Cortex AI Trading Website in the real time. Provided that any actions, in accordance with the information received, he will perform directly at the time when this information is relevant and is legitimate content of the Cortex AI Trading Website.
We assure and guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, relevance and integrity of any information you receive through the Website, except for any third-party information, content or advertisement, as each User will be warned of by relevant notifications (comments) to such information.
In the event that the User has suffered a loss after correctly using the content of the Cortex AI Trading Website (other than using the content of third-party companies and partners of Cortex AI Trading), we shall bear full responsibility and guarantee any equivalent and symmetrical compensatory actions requested by the User.
We will be liable for any losses that the User may incur in the following cases: failure and impossibility of normal operation of the Cortex AI Trading Website due to our fault; termination or delay in the provision of services on the Website caused by computer viruses, trojans, other malware, hacker attacks, the placement of which became possible due to proven guilt and/or negligence of Cortex AI Trading employees; Technical adjustments or database faults caused by incorrect Cortex AI Trading activities unreasonably long system maintenance; or for any other reason that has proven and adversely affected the cooperation process; damages caused by the use of the Website in violation of this User Agreement by Cortex AI Trading.
This User Agreement shall in no way limit Cortex AI Trading's liability for damages caused by the incorrect performance of Cortex AI Trading's employees or unintentional misleading, or for any other reason for which Cortex AI Trading will exclude or attempt to exclude its liability. In the event that Cortex AI Trading assumes any liability in connection with this User Agreement or the operation of the Website and such liability is not otherwise limited or excluded by the terms of this User Agreement, our liability may be limited by international law (if circumstances so require).
04. Updating to this User Agreement and changes to the content of the Website
Cortex AI Trading has the right to make changes to the content of the Website and/or related databases, articles, references and other text materials when there is a reasonable need. In other words, not all information and/or content contained on the Website has permanent properties. In the event that significant changes occur in the substance or spirit of the content, Cortex AI Trading shall make immediate changes to this part of the content of the Website. Unless otherwise specified, the updated content will take effect immediately and will apply to your future use.
Cortex AI Trading shall have the right to modify the terms of this User Agreement and/or related agreements as necessary. Unless otherwise specified, the new version of the User Agreement will take effect immediately and will apply to your future use of the Website.
The User shall verify the terms of this User Agreement whenever he uses the Website to ensure that he understands the meaning and information of both this User Agreement and the content of the Website that is currently in use.
If any information is not understood, the User shall immediately seek clarification and advice from the relevant Cortex AI Trading consulting section.
05. What you shouldn't do
Our technologies and our intellectual property are protected by the most possible efficient means. In addition, each of our Users is a separate vote of confidence on our part, as a voluntary step towards the future long-term and fruitful cooperation. However, we do not recommend using our Website and related technologies for illegal activities. The degree, severity and actual fact of illegality of the activity is determined by the corresponding set of legal instruments of international law, which each User can get acquainted with additionally (independently) online. In this paragraph we only proclaim our right to protect our property, our honor, ours dignity and good name and share this with each of our Users.
06. Termination
This User Agreement is valid until terminated by us. The obligations and liabilities of the parties arising before the date of termination shall remain in force after the termination of this User Agreement.
07. Acceptance
This User Agreement and any policies or regulations published by us on the Website, constitute the full range of agreement and understanding between the User and us and regulate the User's use of the Website, any Content of the Website and/or the Services, replacing and cancelling any previous or one-time agreements, communications and suggestions, both oral and written, between the User and us (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the User Agreement).
